ASC0285 - LLR Menopause Awareness Raising Service

Tender description

Leicester City Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of a Menopause Awareness Raising Service for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Leicester City Council is leading on the procurement and shall be hosting this service on behalf of the LLR Integrated Commissioning Board (LLR ICB). The commissioned provider shall be responsible for promoting women’s wellness through the menopause via a two year programme. This programme will consist of developing awareness raising sessions, webinars, online training, peer support networks, workplace champions and campaigns to raise awareness about the impact of menopause in LLR. The target audience will be primary and secondary health and social care providers and workplaces in LLR. The proposed service is based on current and known funding allocations. These could alter through the life of the contract in light of changes in future local and central government funding. The contract value is £200,000 in total. The Authority will hold an online Tender Information Session conducted via Microsoft Teams on 16th September 2022 at 11.00 am Lot 1: It is the intention of the Authority to award a Contract for this service. The proposed Contract shall be held by Leicester City Council and will be for a period of 2 years to commence on 1st March 2023 to 28th February 2025.
