<p>An opportunity has arisen at Rochdale Borough Council within the Public Health Team for an individual or an organisation to undertake a Substance Misuse Needs Assessment that will support the commissioning of high quality substance misuse services in the borough and the development of the Borough’s Substance Misuse Strategy. The opportunity also includes a service user consultation element that will span across Rochdale and Oldham local authority areas.
