Specialist Fine Art Storage Facility

Tender description

Dublin City Council gives notice to invoke Article 32.2 (b) (ii) for a derogation from tendering for the provision of Specialist storage facility for fine art, for artworks from the Collections of the Hugh Lane Gallery, in Dublin, Ireland. This facility is required to provide highly specialised environmental controls (24/7 temperature and humidity control, monitoring and reporting) and high security specifications, with minimum 300m² in terms of floor space. Lot 1: Dublin City Council gives notice to invoke Article 32.2 (b) (ii) for a derogation from tendering for the provision of Specialist storage facility for fine art, for artworks from the Collections of the Hugh Lane Gallery, in Dublin, Ireland. This facility is required to provide highly specialised environmental controls (24/7 temperature and humidity control, monitoring and reporting) and high security specifications, with minimum 300m² in terms of floor space. Dublin City Council intend to award a contract to Irish Art Services for the above mentioned services for a period of five years, with the option to extend annually for up to five years thereafter.
