<p>The Council wishes to engage a Provider to deliver a SEND Information Advice and Support Service to parents and carers of children with Special Educational Needs (SEND) and to young people who live within Gateshead and attend schools and other educational settings. </p> <p>As part of this process the Council is conducting a Soft Market Testing Exercise (SMTE) to establish the level of interest in this opportunity, gather information on the services being procured and improve our understanding of the market.</p> Keywords: SEND, Information and Advice
