Tender description
Tenders are invited from competent Food Caterers for the provision of a concession catering service contract located at The Ceidé Fields Café, Glenurla, Ballycastle, Co. Mayo. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a healthy, balanced and nutritious catering service to staff and visitors throughout the specified season. Applicants must be registered with the HSE and comply fully with Food & Hygiene Regulations. The successful tenderer is responsible for ensuring that the existing kitchen and associated Cafe area are refurbished to meet all standards required in order to deliver a Café service. The Contracting Authority accepts no liability or responsibility for any breach in Food Safety Standards, Hygiene Standards, Health and Safety Legislation, and Labour and Employment Legislation etc. in the provision of the Café services by the successful Tenderer as this is their responsibility. The successful tenderer will not be permitted to use the visitor Centre kitchen area for the purposes of food preparation for external events / third parties.
