<p>To implement a calendar system to manage all appointment types and ceremonies within the registration service. Multiple appointments and ceremonies can take place at the same time, with different data being collected and attributed to each appointment type. This includes some statutory questions that must be asked, as well as customer details. Registrars also need to be able to produce routine correspondence for appointments and ceremonies, including booking confirmations, booking reminders and standard letters. This allows all customers to receive a consistent message and prevents unnecessary calls to the office. For ceremonies, we need to be able to collect information from customers about the arrangements for their ceremony. This includes information about their choice of statutory words to use and information about music, guest numbers, rings, witnesses and other considerations that need to be made in advance and on the day.</p> Keywords: calendar system, System, ICT Support, Registrars
