Quotations are invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the “Council”) from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for media buying and/or a creative campaign for a workforce recruitment campaign. This contract is anticipated to commence on 14 March 2022 and will expire on 31 July 2022. Lot 45160: Lot 1 - Creative Campaign The requirements of Lot 1 are to develop a creative concept and produce engaging and eye-catching visuals for a multimedia campaign that encourages people to consider working in social care. The successful agency will need to design a campaign that draws on what motivates current and potential care workers to work in the sector Lot 45164: Lot 2 - Media Buying We are looking for an agency to manage all the media buying for this campaign (‘the Supplier’). The Supplier will manage the media planning and buying for the multimedia campaign that encourages people to apply for social care roles in Kirklees. The Supplier will, unless also successful in applying for lot 1, work closely with creative contractor (the supplier appointed to lot 1) on the delivery of the campaign.
