Following the sign off of the Theory of Change we are seeking to procure an Evaluation Partner to work alongside Team ICJ for the remainder of the Programme (embed ToC).The purpose of the evaluation is to provide valuable and meaningful insights and evidence across the ICJ Powys programme, to enable partner organisations to:Understand the costs, benefits and outcomes, both direct and indirect, that the ICJ Powys programme contributes to or delivers to support strategic decision makingKnow how best to deliver ICJ locallyShare learning between areas, and use that learning to continuously improve the programme, build on good practice, improve on quality and share innovative local solutionsMake informed decisions about where and how to progress ICJ Powys across the countyNOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
