<p>Northumberland County Council is inviting tenders for the Provision of Keyholding Services for several sites in its property portfolio. These cover a diverse range of properties including, but not limited to, offices, schools, libraries and leisure facilities. The current keyholding list consists of 83 properties.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The County of Northumberland covers an area of over 1,935 square miles, stretching from the coast to the Cumbrian border, over 40 miles, and from Prudhoe in the south to Berwick upon Tweed in the north, approximately 70 miles. Due to the wide-ranging area to be covered the contractor should ensure that they have sufficient transport and operatives available to fulfil its contractual obligations and sufficient supervisory personnel to manage this contract.&nbsp;</p> Keywords: Keyholding, Security, Keyholding Services
