Provision of an externally hosted & supported cloud-based software application for the ‘Provision of a Business Planning and Risk Management Tracking System’.

Tender description

The Mental Health Commission (MHC) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced ICT provider to provide an externally hosted & supported cloud-based software application for the ‘Provision of a Business Planning and Risk Management Tracking System’. Note: The MHC is a Public Cloud First organisation. The MHC has recently migrated to Microsoft 365, including MS Teams. The system/ solution MUST be a securely hosted & supported cloud-based solution, with full supplier back up, with no requirement for the MHC IT department to manage server infrastructure. Tenderers MUST provide an overview of their application solution, the software architecture and the technology used. The MHC believes that the system/solution would be best suited by an ‘out of box/off the shelve’ solution with limited development. The proposed system/solution must provide an easy-to-use intuitive interface which offers ease of navigation and requires minimum training and or support. Note: The system MUST provide for ‘Seamless Integration’ with any/all MHC systems without the need for MHC IT to develop solutions to enable integration. The MHC would value this system/solution at between €50k- €150k for the duration of this agreement (estimated to be up to 5 years) The preferred bidder must demonstrate a clear understanding of requirements and will have proven experience in planning and implementing similar cloud-based system/solutions to that sought by the MHC with other public bodies within Ireland over the past 3 years.
