Tender description
No PIN was previously published for this however as this competition is to rely on the open accelerated procedure in Directive 2014/24/EU, allowing a 15 day period for receipt of tenders in accordance with Article 27(3) the only option at this time was for us to use the post PIN template. In summary, the Services will comprise: Membership of the recently established Working Group on Planning and Development associated with the revision, consolidation, and where necessary improvement of the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2021 (the “Working Group”). The Services will include the requirement for an expert planning consultant, with specific expertise in planning litigation and related legal aspects, to include as an expert witness. In addition, the Services will require a person to carry out research to assist the planning consultant. For the avoidance of doubt, tender responses to this competition are sought from an expert planning consultant, “the Tenderer”.
