Tender description

The University of Salford wish to procure the services of a Principal Contractor to replace the roof mounted chiller on the New Adelphi Building, University of Salford, Peel Park campus, Salford M5 4WT. The existing chiller was installed circa. 2016 and has multiple failures, and the University have made the decision to replace the unit in its entirety. The project will briefly consist of; the removal of an existing roof mounted water chiller, alterations to existing chiller structural supports, compound pipework and shell and tube connection points, pipework supports, modifications to existing power supplies and (Cylon) controls, supply and installation of new chiller unit.
