Fáilte Ireland spends in the region of €6m annually on paid media in support of a range of B2C and B2B campaigns in the domestic market. In order to measure the effectiveness of all media buying within the organisation, Fáilte Ireland require the services of a Media Buying Auditor to conduct an annual review of all media buys. Such a process is in line with best practice and aims to: • ensure value for money is always achieved; • maximise the return on investment on all media buys; • safeguard against ineffective and inefficient ad placements, both online and offline; • ensureeffective budget management in line with the changing needs of the organisation and ensure that all rebates due are recovered efficiently. • inform the annual performance score for the media agency which directly impacts on the bonus available.
