Market Engagement Event/Survey for Adult Sexual Assault Referral Service (SARC) in Derbyshire

NHS England and NHS Improvement (Midlands) and Derbyshire Office of Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) wish to co-commission an integrated Adult Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) model for the Derbyshire police force area including: Forensic Medical Examinations (FME) and NHS SARC Public Health Functions outlined in https://www.england.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/Service-Specification-No.30-Sexual_Assault_Referral_Centres.pdf . This proposed model includes 24/7 access to a single point of contact centre, Forensic Medical examinations, crisis care, Health care including access to emergency medication and vaccination and the provision of SARC commissioned 6-10 psychological therapy sessions. The Commissioners wish to understand the capacity and level of expertise within the market to deliver this project and to gain interested parties views on the future commissioning of this service. NB: This information is requested to allow the Commissioners to gauge the size and type of organisations interested in providing the service. This information will form part of a general themed feedback only. Information regarding individual organisations will not be published. a market engagement event has been organised for Thursday 24th February. The event will consist of: a. Presentations on the proposed tender structure and process b. An opportunity to comments on the national service specification and discuss performance indicators c. After the presentation by the Commissioner, there will be an opportunity for potential bidders to have a 1:1 sessions with the Commissioners to discuss their views and opinions. Please note these sessions will not be more than 30 minutes each. Organisations who wish to attend the Market engagement event must complete and submit the questionnaire by 12 noon on the 22/02/2022. Please note that no more than two individuals per organisation can attend the event. Invitations will be sent to individuals following the closing date of 22/02
