LAS Training

Tender description

Sheffield City Council are seeking a training solution to support new and existing users of our Adults Case Management application (Liquid Logic Adults - LAS). Given the current changing climate it is important to our workforce to have a training solution that can be deployed rapidly and remotely and available 24/7 for users to access. Requirements • Training Solution is accessible from a windows-based device without the need for being physically on an SCC worksite. • Training Solution accurately represents the Case Management System and its local configuration in Sheffield, enabling the person being trained to relate their training to their actual job once trained. • Where application undergoes changes that require changes to training that the cost of these is understood and is representative of the scale of the training. o Ideally, we would like versions compatible with LAS V10 and V11 initially • Ability for multiple people to access training at any point (if there is a limit would lie to understand this limit) approximately 600 users will require this training initially. • Training solution is repeatable if required • Training solution is able to integrate with our own training and development records. • Training solution meets the following learning outcomes.
