Landscape Maintenance Contract

Tender description

Dublin City Council wishes to establish a framework for the landscape maintenance required throughout the boundaries of Dublin City. The landscape maintenance contracts will be issued in 7 lots for a period of 4 years. This a performance based contract and only contractors who possess the relevant capacity to complete both the operational works and the administrational reporting required should apply. Lot 233772: Lot no. 1 Central and South Central Parks District Maintenance of mapped areas of grass, sports surfaces, hard surfaces, plants, shrubs and tree planted areas. Involves shrub / plant maintenance, grass edge maintenance, weed maintenance, weekly grass cutting, and weekly litter picking. Lot 233773: Lot no. 2 South East Parks District Landscape Maintenance Maintenance of mapped areas of grass, sports surfaces, hard surfaces, plants, shrubs and tree planted areas. Involves shrub / plant maintenance, grass edge maintenance, weed maintenance, weekly grass cutting, and weekly litter picking. Lot 233774: Lot no. 3 North Central Parks District Landscape Maintenance Maintenance of mapped areas of grass, sports surfaces, hard surfaces, plants, shrubs and tree planted areas. Involves shrub / plant maintenance, grass edge maintenance, weed maintenance, weekly grass cutting, and weekly litter picking. Lot 233775: Lot no. 4 North West Parks District Landscape Maintenance Maintenance of mapped areas of grass, sports surfaces, hard surfaces, plants, shrubs and tree planted areas. Involves shrub / plant maintenance, grass edge maintenance, weed maintenance, weekly grass cutting, and weekly litter picking. Lot 233776: Lot no. 5 Housing Landscape Maintenance – city wide Maintenance of mapped areas of grass, sports surfaces, hard surface, plants. Involves planted bed maintenance, grass edge maintenance, weed maintenance, weekly grass cutting, and weekly litter picking. Lot 233777: Lot no. 6 Roads Landscape Maintenance – city wide Weekly / scheduled maintenance of mapped areas of grass, hard surface, plants, shrubs and tree planted areas. Involves shrub / plant maintenance, grass edge maintenance, weed maintenance, weekly/ scheduled grass cutting, and weekly litter picking. Lot 233778: Lot no. 7 Libraries, Fire Stations, Burial Grounds – city wide Maintenance of mapped areas of grass, , hard surface, plants, shrubs and tree planted areas. Involves shrub / plant maintenance, grass edge maintenance, weed maintenance, weekly grass cutting, and weekly litter picking.
