Update: 13/01/2021 - Responses to clarification questions included as a new attachment Hart District Council is inviting quotes from web designers, agencies or consultants to create, host and maintain a community engagement website for a Garden Community we are exploring within Hart District. The work is specifically to build the front and backend technical applications. A design agency, as a separate piece of work, will create the brand identity, including any graphics or photography to be applied to the website.
