Telford & Wrekin Council proposes to enter into a contract to provide a Dog Collection and Kennelling service for the collection of stray dogs and for the subsequent temporary kennelling of these dogs in the Telford & Wrekin administrative area. A veterinary service is also required for any necessary advice and treatment.
