The framework agreement will be established on foot of this tender competition for: • The setup of event production, execution and all associated technical works pre & post event requirements including the supply of appropriate technical equipment. • The nomination of a dedicated Contract Manager to support client relationship with the Contracting Authority • The facilitation, where appropriate, of the transfer of knowledge and skills to staff of the Contracting Authority
