Offaly Co Co (OCC) is advancing the completion of the infrastructure at Rhode Business Park to repurpose as Rhode Green Energy Park, co-funded by the Just Transition Fund initiative. Sited at the former Rhode Power Station site, a business park was substantially developed prior to 2008, but not completed. OCC is seeking the services of an Engineering Consultant to assist in the delivery of the park infrastructure upgrades. Services broadly entail: Assessment of works completed to date Scoping of necessary work Design as necessary Tendering documentation & tendering as required Contract supervision / administration The desired outcome is an attractive, inviting high quality business park (Rhode Green Energy Park) capable of attracting enterprise and innovation.
