Tuath Housing Association invites applicants to apply for the provision of Employer's Representative / Employer's Agent Consultancy Services on a Design & Build Project including: - Employer's Representative under the Contract responsible for it's overall management/co-ordination throughout - Project Management support to Túath Housing managing the project. -Technical advise and certification to Túath Housing within the Contract -Contract and Cost Management support formalities to Túath Housing negotiating and managing certified payments, Change & Direction Orders and overall Final Account, etc Please refer to the Project Brief and scope of services document published with the tender.
