Tender description

Contract Award Notice for HS2's Education Programme STEM Outreach Contract (a contract split into five regional lots). The successful suppliers will deliver Science Technology Engineering and Maths (STEM) outreach activities to primary and secondary schools in their appointed region. Note, the contract has been awarded for an initial period of two years with the option to extend for a further four years in full or multiple increments (note, the contract value is based on the full potential contract term of 6 years). Note, all five contract lots have been awarded on the basis that HS2 Ltd. makes no guarantee, express or implied, of the number of workshops to be delivered under this Contract. This is to ensure sufficient flexibility in the event that the HS2 route changes over the duration of the contract term. Lot 1: The successful supplier will deliver Science Technology Engineering and Maths (STEM) outreach activities to primary and secondary schools in their appointed region (London and Home Counties (Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire). Lot 2: The successful supplier will deliver Science Technology Engineering and Maths (STEM) outreach activities to primary and secondary schools in their appointed region (West Midlands (Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry, Warwickshire) Lot 3: The successful supplier will deliver Science Technology Engineering and Maths (STEM) outreach activities to primary and secondary schools in their appointed region (Staffordshire, Cheshire East (Crewe) & Black Country (Sandwell, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley) Lot 4: The successful supplier will deliver Science Technology Engineering and Maths (STEM) outreach activities to primary and secondary schools in their appointed region (Greater Manchester area, Cheshire West and Warrington) Lot 5: The successful supplier will deliver Science Technology Engineering and Maths (STEM) outreach activities to primary and secondary schools in their appointed region (East Midlands and Yorkshire)
