Croscombe Play Area - Fayre Way

Tender description

This is a small play area in the village of Croscombe, Somerset. The project is to refurbish the play area equipment and grounds. Please also see specification document. Including removal of most existing equipment; removal of old surfacing; resurfacing and installation of new equipment. Installation will include a toddler multi play area and swing set; ground level trampoline; older children's multi play area and swing set; rubber mat safety surface in toddler area; grass mat safety surface elsewhere; with an optional creative replacement for the existing willow den. The contractor will return itemised costings for each element of the works, a planned programme, specification of equipment, layout drawings, warrenties, maintenance requirements and maintenance costings.
