Conwy County Borough Council (CCBC) launched the Conwy Tourism Ambassador course in March 2021. This successful scheme provides an online training opportunity to enhance the participant’s knowledge of the tourism offer of the whole of Conwy County, from its stunning landscapes and outdoor adventures to its vibrant culture and rich heritage.
