Contract Award Notice - Education Programme: STEM Outreach

Tender description

HS2 Ltd has procured a multi-lot Contract for the provision of regional providers to deliver Science Technology Engineering and Maths (STEM) outreach activities to primary and secondary schools, in accordance with the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 using the open procedure. The Contract is comprised of five regional Lots. A single supplier has been appointed to each of the Lots, with two suppliers being successful overall (Learn By Design have been appointed to Lots 1, 4 and 5 whilst The Smallpeice Trust have been appointed to Lots 2 and 3). The Contracts have been awarded for an initial period of two years, with the option to extend for a further four years via single or multiple fixed terms. Note: the estimated value quoted in this notice includes allowance for the extension option(s). Note, all five contract lots have been awarded on the basis that HS2 Ltd. makes no guarantee, express or implied, of the number of workshops to be delivered under this Contract. This is to ensure sufficient flexibility in the event that the HS2 route changes over the duration of the contract term.
