To provide additional capacity to the programme Management Team for the Folkestone Community Works programme by taking a lead on the work with the delivery organisation(s) on the development of an application for a project(s) that would meet the needs of Objective 3 in the Folkestone Community Works Programme Strategy or Action 2.7 DIY Space /incubation (which the Objective 3 ERDF funds could be reallocated to). This will include working with the lead delivery organisation(s) in exploring a number of options for utilising the ERDF allocation available for such a project, including identifying the potential location, matching funding, project lead and partners and delivery that meets the eligibility of ERDF funding.
