Tender description

Castle School is a special educational needs (SEN) school for pupils aged between 4 and 19, with a wide range of complex learning difficulties. It is a warm and welcoming place, and they strive to provide their pupils with a bespoke experience utilising their excellent staff and superb facilities. They have a strong sense of partnership with parents and together they work to ensure that their children receive the highest standard of education and care. Lot 1: Total Pupil Numbers 200 = 135 male/65 female Total Staff Numbers 140 = 26 male/114 female Estimated M² 4064m2 Offices are cleaned by in-house caretaker (the areas cleaned = 264 m2 approx.) This will continue. Site Plans to be issued at ITT stage
