Architects services for the development of a Community and Sports Centre

Tender description

Kempsey Parish Council (KPC) intends to appoint a firm of architects to take a concept design through RIBA stage 2 (Concept Design), RIBA stage 3 (Spatial Coordination) and RIBA stage 4 (Technical Design) in connection with the Council's development of a new Community & Sports Centre at Pixham Ferry Lane, Kempsey, Worcester. A tender pack giving the tender requirements and including a concept design, site details and a constraints list will be available from the Parish Office to those who express an interest in tendering for the project. The appointment will be made on the basis of services provided up to and including submission of a detailed planning application to Malvern Hills District Council and liaising with the planning authority as required post submission.
