A HOUSING MANAGEMENT SERVICE FOR BRIDGEND’S REFUGEE RESETTLEMENT SCHEMES

Tender description

In order to support Bridgend County Borough Council’s Refugee Resettlement Schemes a dedicated housing management provider is required, to manage privately owned properties in which families are relocated to.The provider is required to maintain a good working relationship with the private landlords, ensuring good communication between all parties. The housing management provider is required to ensure general repairs and maintenance is carried out, as well as day to day housing management activities as set out in the service specification.The contract will allow for the continuation of an existing service, with a requirement for management of 8 properties. The length of time housing management will be required for each property varies and is set out in the service specification. Whilst there is no commitment at this stage, there will be flexibility within the contract to add additional units of accommodation to the service, should a future need develop.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
