Irish Water will undertake a competitive tender process to select multiple suppliers for the provision of Bill Payment Services. The selected providers must provide Irish Water customers convenient and easy access to payment options. Irish Water requires a balanced geographical spread of retail outlets. Payment locations should be easily accessible and offer a range of opening hours. The scope of services includes but may not be limited to: • Payment processing • Receipt processing • Settlement • Standard transaction file format • Reporting • Service take on • Secure infrastructure/business continuity Lot 201262: 20/073 - Bill Payment Services Irish Water will undertake a competitive tender process to select multiple suppliers for the provision of Bill Payment Services. Payment locations should be easily accessible and offer a range of opening hours. Please refer to the PQQ document for further information. You must submit through the eTenders system before the deadline. It is very important that you commence the scanning and uploading of your response in a timely manner. The system will automatically lockdown at the exact time specified in the PQQ documents. Tenders that are not fully uploaded by the response deadline will not be accepted by the system.
