<p>Newcastle City Council and Redcar & Cleveland Council are acting as the joint Lead Authorities on behalf of the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) and its Member Authorities, in respect of a commissioning and procurement exercise to establish a Flexible Procurement Agreement (Contract) for Provision of Independent Foster Care Services for use by the NEPO Member Authorities.</p> <p>We have carried out extensive engagement and consultation with our key stakeholders in the commissioning phase of this commissioning and procurement exercise, as detailed in our Final Commissioning Model.</p> <p><strong>The NEPO Member Authorities have now closed the commissioning phase of this commissioning and procurement exercise and entered the procurement phase.</strong></p> <p> </p> Keywords: independent foster care services, fostering agency, IFA, foster care, independent foster care agencies
