Tender description
The COVID 19 pandemic has had a huge impact on wellbeing of the population of Cheshire and Mersey and significantly those working in the NHS and Public Health (Local Government, Residential, Nursing, domiciliary Care) who have been at the front line of COVID 19 service response, as well as personally affected by the pandemic. Now we are in a recovery phase we need to understand the needs of our own workforce to ensure their post covid recovery is supported and wellbeing and retention of staff are improved. This is essential for the population health recovery, as without a healthy workforce, many areas of health and population health recovery for our population will suffer.
