Unfortunately, we are withdrawing this tender, we will be offering this work for retender once we have been able to provide greater clarity on the grounds work package and we will be offering you the opportunity to bid on the whole scope or lots. We will aim to re-tender in the next fortnight. The development at Swan Lane Gas Work is bringing back into productive use contaminated land and providing 147 affordable housing units for people in housing need, which will transform the neighbourhood. This tender is a work package for the demolition, remediation and groundwork for the development.
