Velindre Cancer Centre - Moving House Project

Tender description

Velindre Cancer Centre is moving to a new site and we are looking for a writer and an artist / photographer to help us record in words and images the existing Centre before we move to our new building in a couple of years time. Moving house is always accompanied by a mixture of anxiety, excitement and anticipation and we want this project to help us capture what is special about the building that we’ve been in for the last 66 years. We would like to capture the spirit of Velindre, to depict it in both words and images as a collaboration between a writer and a visual artist / photographer, capturing people’s stories about their workplace so they can be celebrated and preserved for the future. Applications may be made jointly or individually.
