The Ulster Bar Corner, Meanwhile Use Environmental Improvements project will include the following elements: • Hard and soft landscape works • Removal of existing gravel areas and replacement with top soil • Footpaths and paving areas created within grassed areas surrounded by planting of hedges and trees, including a wildlife corner. • Fencing • Supply and installation of street furniture. • Installation of separately procured meeting pods and seating by bus stop • Drainage works • Installation of new electric and water supplies • Children’s games painted onto existing bitmac surface • Supply and erection of timber arches to footpaths • Area 2,600m² /0.26 Ha / 0.64 Acres
