Tender description

Analogous to Article 32 2 (b) for a derogation from tendering for the promotion of UL's Undergraduate/Postgraduate/Research courses to African students via Education Fairs, Schools/Universities visits and social media, liaising with and training African Student Recruitment Agents, extending relationships with university partners and with relevant government bodies on behalf of the university. The services provided are considered to be a non-priority service listed in Annex X1V of Directive 2014/24/EU Public Procurement Directive. The value of the services is below the EU threshold. The complexity of the market and the knowledge acquired by the existing service provider of this specific country means that the university considers Design Workshop Ltd to be the only provider wit the necessary technical knowledge to perform the service Lot 1: Recruitment of African students for UL's undergraduate/postgraduate and research courses
