Tender description

Purchase of Carbon Dioxide ( CO2 ) to use as a pH correcting chemical in the swimming pools at Guinea Gap & Leasowe Leisure Centres. Manufacturing, transportation and delivery costs have risen fourfold since March 2022 and an annual spend forecast is predicted at £20k for each site for financial yr 2022/23.The supplier, Air Products, are the only UK supplier of Industrial type bulk deliveries and should be classed as a sole supplier as no other competitive quotes are available.This is a perdition based on 2 x sites Guinea Gap AND Leasowe Rec on current usage and increased cost for product.x
