Tender description
The VRU is looking to appoint an experienced partner to complete a process and impact evaluation of the Smart Water initiative, including cost benefit analysis, utilising the previous evaluation of the Smart Water initiative to ensure avoidance of unnecessary duplication and acknowledgement of gaps and areas for improvement where appropriate. The Smart Water initiative is being used as a deterrent to protect victims of domestic abuse and deter perpetrators with three overarching aims: 1. Reduce Victimisation 2. Improve Victim Confidence, Satisfaction, and trust in Policing. 3. Maximise opportunities to bring perpetrators to justice.
