SC22266 - Kent Country Parks Strategy Consultation

<p>Kent County Council are seeking an external organisation to provide analysis and reporting functions for this consultation. Specifically, the report must include: • qualitative and quantitative analysis of the questionnaire responses for all questions • cross tabulation to include the equality questions, such as sex, age, ethnic group, disability. • charts and frequency / percentage tables with suitable alt-text • verbatim quotes from consultation responses to compliment charts and tables • map postcodes to show geographical spread of responses • analysis of letters or emails submitted as part of the consultation feedback In addition, an interim summary of key themes from open qualitative questions will need to be provided. Responses need to be monitored on a weekly basis, flagging any queries, requests for more information or issues to KCC as soon as possible. The report must comply with KCC’s consultation report requirements (see Appendix) and be provided as a digitally accessible Word and PDF format. The Supplier will also be required to attend a virtual project initiation meeting where the cross-tabulation requirements can be confirmed. KCC’s Engagement and Consultation team will quality assure report before it is finalised.
