Brief Description of Requirement This report is intended to inform the scoping of a prospective pre-competitive research andinnovation programme for a sustainable ocean economy and coastal communities, with a particular emphasis on understanding the potential contribution of the environmental sciences to address the business and/or policy challenges in a multi/interdisciplinary and whole-systems approach. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the Supplier Attachments tab within the Jaggaer eSourcing Portal. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document.
