Provision of Drone Surveys

Tender description

Kildare County Council require an aerial photography and videography company to provide services as required for the gathering of high-resolution photographs and video footage of sites as and when required. Sites will be located throughout County Kildare. Deliverables: • We require edited high resolution still photographs covering all aspects of a site. • We require fully edited video footage that shows the aspects of the site and the location of the site in relation to the environment around it. The video should be accompanied with music, have relevant logos and motion graphics throughout the video. These graphics will highlight the locations around the site of interest and also outline the key metrics of the site (including the site boundary). Requirements: • The operation shall be carried out in full compliance with EU and National regulations with respect to UAS operations. • The operator shall be registered in an EASA Member State, and where required for the category of operation, hold an operational authorization. • The operator shall ensure that all remote pilots used shall have the correct level of training for the category of operation. • The operator shall ensure that all data protection guidelines are adhered to. See DPC Guidance on the Use of Drones for further information. • Insurance shall be fully compliant with Reg (EU) 785/2004. • Call-outs in terms of both prior engagement, engagement, data management, data processing, and final report presentation shall at all times be in strict compliance with Kildare County Council’s data management policy. We request that each tenderer reviews and makes themselves fully aware of the attached guidance policy document from the Contracting Authority’s Insurance Company in terms of the use of Drones. While the functionality of the drones will be controlled under this FWA and any resultant call-out; the handling, processing and presentation of any personal information collected as part of Drone Surveys must be dealt with in strict adhere to Kildare
