This project is part of Tuath Housing Association CLG ongoing Asbestos Management Plan and includes the Management Asbestos Survey of circa 529 No. properties, and the subsequent consultancy services of a competent and experienced asbestos consultancy firm for the more immediate remediation works required following the surveys. Tenderers are generally expected to ensure the works are undertaken by experienced, competent, qualified and adequately resourced asbestos consultancy firm, to submit a fully detailed lump sum fixed price tender amount for its execution, completion and certification, etc., all in accordance with the following enclosed Works Requirements main tender and Contract documents
