Tender description

This is a project to prepare developed design and technical design designs and supporting documents for the construction of phase 1 of a new high quality segregated active travel route that will link Helensburgh Waterfront Development (Leisure Centre redevelopment) and Helensburgh town Centre with HMNB Clyde and Garelochhead. The design must deliver improvements to the walking, wheeling and cycling environment along the length of the route as well as include placemaking improvements at key locations. This project will be delivered in stages conforming to Sustrans Places for Everyone Stage 3 and Stage 4 guidance and must complete the key deliverables required by Sustrans for each stage in a sequential process that ensures all deliverables are completed by 24 February 2023.
