North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a care system support organisation hosted by NHS England and is managing this procurement process for the provision of Termination of Pregnancy Services (ToPs) across Tees Valley for NHS North East & North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (NENC ICB) (the Contracting Authority).The Contracting Authority is procuring ToPs across Tees Valley and plans for a contract commencement date of 01 April 2023 for a contract term of an initial 3-years with the option to extend the contract by a further 2-years at the discretion of the Contracting Authority and subject to satisfactory financial and contractual performance.The annual financial threshold is 1195375 GBP and the total contract value is 5976875 GBP.Tender documentation will be available from 12:00 noon on 03 October 2022 and the closing time and date for tender returns is 12:00 noon on 04 November 2022.
