Tender description

The Sovini Group invites tenders for organisations to participate in a 48 month Agreement for the provision of Legal Services. The range of Services be supplied are detailed in the Tender Documents. Lot 1: Corporate Scope of Services likely to be required includes, but is not limited, to: Procurement law, mergers & acquisitions, insurance (legal elements, not brokerage), joint ventures, and corporate finance, funding (e.g. investment management, acquisition/disposal of group assets, loan/security support, drawdowns and advice on obtaining new or increasing existing facilities), changes to group structure. It may also include support regarding regulatory/legislative compliance and provision of updates to the board and other matters relating to organisational structure. Additional information: To respond to this opportunity please click here: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/U7K5AT87G9 Lot 2: Housing and Neighbourhood Management Scope of Services likely to be required includes, but is not limited, to: possession changes, anti-social behaviour, debt recovery, landlord & tenant disputes, access injunctions, other general housing orientated litigation, training/advice support in housing management matters and compliance with any legislative matters pertaining specifically to housing law. Services to be provided will also extend to leaseholder rights, low-cost home ownership, landlord & tenant issues including social housing tenancy advice and leaseholder consultations. Lot 3: Leasehold and Commercial Units Scope of Services likely to be required includes, but is not limited, to: right to buy and right to acquire options (“RTB” / “RTA”) on existing housing stock, debt recovery, other general housing orientated litigation, training/advice support in housing management matters and compliance with any legislative matters pertaining specifically to housing law. Services to be provided will also extend to leaseholder rights, low cost home ownership, landlord & tenant issues including social housing tenancy advice and leaseholder consultations. Lot 4: Disrepair and Asset Management related services Scope of Services likely to be required includes, but is not limited, to: disrepair cases, landlord & tenant disputes, access injunctions, other general Asset Management orientated litigation, training/advice support in Asset Management matters and compliance with any legislative matters pertaining specifically to housing & disrepair law. Lot 5: Development (incl. Land, Construction and Sales) This Lot will include Legal Services which cover; acquisition of land and approval, Construction, Development and Sales/After care. The below highlights key specific areas yet not to the full extent of the service required.
