Tender description
This competition is below the relevant Procurement Threshold for Schedule 3 (Social and Other Specific Services); therefore the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) do not apply. The Client requires a Contractor for the delivery of accredited Essential Skills training up to Level 2 in Communication, ICT and Application of Number to Apprentices enrolled at the College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE) who do not already hold a GCSE qualification in English, ICT or Maths at Grade C or above. Tenderers should refer to the Specification Schedule for further details.
