<p>The professional services required to support this Programme of work includes;&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Supporting the continued implementation of the optimum people model for the CCR&nbsp;</li> <li>Continuing with the set up of the Programme and ongoing business improvements in BAU; a Governance Working Group and a Transformation Working Group.</li> <li>Devising the most effective processes, with the technology being one of the key enablers</li> <li>Completing the delivery of new communication solutions (moving the full CCR telephony to an upgraded Mitel platform and providing an Integrated Communications Control system for interacting with the telephony and radio systems), computer aided dispatch and upgraded triage systems for the handling of emergency and non-emergency calls&nbsp;</li> <li>Optimising the 999 call route, including reviewing where 999 calls are answered.</li> </ul> <p>Required resources -</p> <p>Business analyst</p> <p>Project manager&nbsp;</p> <p>Program manager&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>If you are interested in submitting a response e to this event please log into the site and register .</p> Keywords: Combined control room
