Tender description

Rail is embarking on a transformation. A 30-year strategy - the Whole Industry Strategic Plan (WISP) - will set a clear and unified direction for the railway. The UK Government has developed five strategic objectives for the WISP over the next 30 years: meeting customers' needs, delivering financial sustainability, contributing to long-term economic growth, levelling up & connectivity, and delivering environmental sustainability. This project aims to progress on from this guidance note by achieving tangible idling reductions in key GB rail locations.
