NOTE: This notice was updated on 31 October 2022 for the following reason: Extension to deadline(The overall aim of this tender is for The ACC Liverpool Group to appoint a Contractor to undertake design, supply and installation of an Emergency Lighting System across areas identified within the tender documents enabling the site (M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre Liverpool campus) to operate more efficiently and effectively meeting necessary compliance standards. Organisations wishing to participate are asked to sign a Confidentiality Agreement (if they have not previously signed a Confidentiality Agreement as part of the previous recent tenders for lighting). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
