DUD - Minor Works and Subsidence Works together with all Associated Works - AWARD

Tender description

The Council is looking to set up work programmes for delivering minor works and subsidence works within the Dudley Borough. The Works to be procured and called off through the contract could include, concrete repairs, small demolition works, retaining walls, replacement of concrete floors, brickwork repairs, vacant property refurbishment and other specialist structural works and all associated works. If you are already a member of Constructionline at Silver Membership or above and the following sections are verified on your profile C1 - Company Information, C2 - Financial and Insurance Information, C3 - Business and Professional Standing, C4 - Health and Safety, you can provide us with your registration number, and then you only need to answer the Optional Questions (O1 - O3) in section 4.2 and the Quality Questions located in section 4.5. The Optional Questions - O1 - Equal Opportunity and Diversity, O2 - Environmental Management, O3 - Quality Management, are applicable in this Procurement, therefore will need completing. If you are not registered on Constructionline you can still participate and will need to demonstrate that you meet the prequalification requirements, through the completion of the full questionnaire.
